- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the protection of personal data of Customers using the Online Store at www.aromajoy.pl
- The administrator of Customers’ personal data collected via the Online Store is the Seller, Aromanti sp. z o.o., ul. Domaniewska 47, 02-672 Warsaw, NIP: 521-354-19-69, REGON: 142016169.
- The administrator limits the collection and use of information to the necessary minimum required to fulfill Orders at the highest level.
- Personal data is not shared in any other way than for the purpose of fulfilling the Order and within the scope of the given consent.
- The administrator makes every effort to protect personal data during transmission by Customers, and ensures that all data is processed in accordance with the law.
- All words, expressions, and acronyms appearing on this page and starting with a capital letter (e.g., Seller, Online Store, Customer) should be understood according to their definitions contained in the Online Store Terms and Conditions available on the Online Store’s website.
Purpose of Data Collection
- The data provided by the Customer during registration is used solely to enable the Customer to log in to the Online Store and fulfill the order, including communication between the Customer and the Seller.
- Data collected during the purchase transaction is used solely for processing payments for the order.
- Data collected through direct contact with the Online Store via the website is used solely to correspond with the Customer and respond to their inquiries.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the full functionality of the Online Store, i.e., to place an Order.
- During registration in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following information in the registration form: first name, last name, exact delivery address, phone number, email address.
Access to Personal Data
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), the Seller ensures full access to personal data, as well as the ability to change, correct, and delete such data.

- The Customer can independently update data provided in the Online Store system.
- Access, modification, correction, and deletion of personal data can be performed at any time via the Customer’s account after registration and login.
- Customers may contact the Online Store staff directly via email.
Account Deletion
- A Customer who has created an account in the Online Store may delete it at any time via the Online Store or by phone.
- Deleting an account is irreversible and results in the removal of all Customer data. Restoration of such an account will not be possible.

- The Customer uses the newsletter service voluntarily for an indefinite period.
- The newsletter is a free service.
- The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- Unsubscribing can be done in the account settings or via a link in the newsletter email.
Final Provisions
- The Controller acknowledges responsibility for protecting the data entrusted by Customers and takes security seriously. Efforts are made to protect the Online Store from unauthorized third-party access and to monitor the methods used for data collection, storage, and processing.
- The Controller uses server security systems, encryption devices, and physical safeguards.
- Access to data is granted only to employees and entities that need it for processing purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
