Excerpt from the online store regulations regarding the right of withdrawal from the contract
8.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
A consumer or a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when it is clear from the contract that it does not have a professional character for that person (in particular resulting from the subject of the business activity made available on the basis of the Central Registration and Information on Business), may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion without providing any reason.
The time limit specified above begins upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer or a person indicated by them other than the carrier.
The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a clear statement of withdrawal to the Seller. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the statement before the expiry of the deadline – either by post to the address indicated in §2 or by email to: biuro@aromajoy.pl

Statement of withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract
Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Article 27), I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded on ……………………. at a distance*/off the trader’s premises* without providing any reason.

6. COMPLAINTS
1. The Sales Agreement covers new products. The condition of each product is specified in detail on the Store’s website.
2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the Customer free of physical and legal defects. The Seller is liable for any defects under the principles set forth in the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740, as amended), in particular Articles 556 and subsequent ones.
3. Complaints must be submitted in writing or by electronic means to the addresses specified in these Terms and Conditions, or using the online complaint form provided by the Seller on the Store’s website. It is recommended that the complaint include: a brief description of the defect, circumstances and date of its occurrence, customer data, and the requested resolution.

2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the Customer free of physical and legal defects. The Seller is liable for any defects under the principles set forth in the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740, as amended), in particular Articles 556 and subsequent ones.
3. Complaints must be submitted in writing or by electronic means to the addresses specified in these Terms and Conditions, or using the online complaint form provided by the Seller on the Store’s website. It is recommended that the complaint include: a brief description of the defect, circumstances and date of its occurrence, customer data, and the requested resolution.

PRODUCT COMPLAINT
I hereby notify you that the product purchased on ………………….. (please provide the purchase date) in the form of ………… (enter the product name and exact details, e.g. serial number) has revealed a defect consisting of ………………………………… (please describe the defect in detail, e.g. misaligned hinge, damaged display).
I noticed the defect on ………………………. (please provide the date), which was within one year of the product being delivered to me* (* retain this part only if applicable — otherwise remove it).
Due to the identified defect, I request replacement of the defective product with a new one free of defects or a refund of the purchase price.
I attach proof of purchase in the form of ………………………. (e.g., a copy of the invoice, receipt, transfer confirmation, etc.).
Additionally, I inform you that due to the type/installation method/condition of the item* (* please select as appropriate), it is impossible for me to return the product. The product is located at………………………………………………. (if the type of product makes returning it excessively difficult, e.g., total destruction, the buyer must allow the seller to inspect the product via photos or at its current location. NOTICE: A buyer exercising rights under the warranty must deliver the defective item at the seller’s expense. Article 561[2] §1 of the Civil Code.
